Pursuant to D. lgs. 196/2003, Terme di Stigliano S.r.l., with main offices in Via Bagni di Stigliano, 00060 Canale Monterano (RM), as "Owner" of the treatment of personal data, informs you that the personal data here acquired will be subjected to this treatment, pursuant to art. 13 of D.lgs. no. 196/2003 as referred to above and that such treatment will be in compliance with the law and with the principles of fairness, legality and transparency, and the protection of your privacy. Furthermore, it informs you that the personnel who will treat your data is in charge of each operation, will follow a written procedure and will have access only to the information which will be strictly necessary for the execution of the tasks assigned to him.

1. Source of the data
The personal data possessed by Terme di Stigliano S.r.l. are collected directly from the Customers or from third-party companies. In any event, all the personal data shall be treated in compliance with the law and with the principles of fairness, legality and transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.

2. Exclusion of sensitive data
Terme di Stigliano S.r.l. specifies that, for the purposes of licensing and using the service, no data shall be acquired and/or treated regarding your state of health, your political or trade union, trade union views, your religious convictions, or your racial or ethnic origin (so-called "sensitive data"). Should sensitive data be acquired and/or treated for specific services, your consent shall be requested each time.

3. Purposes of which the data are to be subjected
The data you`ll submit could only be treated by Terme di Stigliano S.r.l., beyond the fulfilment of the obligations established by law, as well as to the regulations or to the European Community provisions and particularly in full compliance to all contractual obligations, as well as in the case you should give your consent for the following purposes:

  • developing studies and statistical market research;
  • sending advertising and informational material;
  • carrying out direct sales or job placement activities;
  • sending commercial information.

The aforementioned treatments may be performed using hardcopy or information technology and/or telematic support, also by third parties where knowledge of your personal data is necessary or in any event functional for carrying out our Company`s activities; the treatment will take place with procedures suitable for guaranteeing the data`s security and confidentiality.

8. Rights as per article 7 of D.lgs. 196/03
Finally, you are informed that at any time you may exercise your rights vis-ŕ-vis the Owner of the treatment pursuant to art. 7 of D.lgs. 196/03 which we reproduce below in its entirety for your convenience.

Art. 7 - Right to access personal data, and other rights

  • The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data regarding said party even if the data has yet to be recorded, and communication thereof in intelligible form.
  • The interested party has the right to obtain indication of:
    • the origin of the personal data;
    • the purposes and modes of treatment;
    • the logic applied in the event of treatment made with the aid of electronic instruments;
    • the data identifying the Owner, managers, and representative designated pursuant to article 5, subsection 2;
    • the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be made known or that may be made acquainted therewith as designated representative in the territory of the state, managers, or specifically assigned employees.
  • The interested party has the right to obtain:
    • the update, rectification, or, when interested, the supplement of the data;
    • the deletion, transformation to anonymous form, or blocking of the data treated in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were gathered or subsequently treated;
    • certification that the operations pursuant to letters a) and b) were brought to the knowledge, also as regards their content, to whom the data were made known or spread, except for the case in which fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportional to the protected right.
  • The interested party has the right to oppose, in all or in part:
    • for legitimate reasons, the treatment of the personal data regarding said party, provided that said data are pertinent to the purposes of the collection;
    • the treatment of the personal data regarding said party for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or performing market research or commercial communication.
